In three paragraphs
2071. Ten billion people, and the land is full. Thirty million have moved below the sea, into habitats, stations and submarines. The sea was supposed to be empty. It is not. The Vael, a people of the deep known to humans only from old tales, have kept hidden for thousands of years. Now they stop hiding. They speak with whales, dolphins and sharks and ride them as partners, never as pets.
Line War is the first release: an online team battle, humans against the Vael. Every player gets the same purse each match and spends it on a submarine or a bondmate, weapons and tools. Submarines fight with sonar, torpedoes and noise discipline; riders with speed, depth and the senses of their animals. Density layers in the water bend sound, and silence is a weapon.
Line War is only the beginning. The Solo Campaign opens a stylised North-East Atlantic as an open world you can play offline: choose to be human or Vael, take jobs, trade, refit your vessel, and let your choices shape one of six paths, in the spirit of the classic submarine trading games of the 1990s. Shared Seas then brings that world online: one living sea that every player's trades and jobs move, where you meet other players, fly with friends and form clans. Both come as free updates for everyone who owns the game.
